Conditional Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions

Standard Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement
  • After 2 hours, cancellation depends on order processing status
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (return policy applies)
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled after confirmation

Wholesale Orders:

  • Cancellation allowed within 4 hours of order confirmation
  • Large orders may require 24-48 hours notice for cancellation
  • Cancellation fees may apply (5-15% of order value)
  • Custom wholesale orders are non-cancellable after production begins

Pre-Orders:

  • Can be cancelled up to 7 days before expected delivery
  • Partial refunds may apply for pre-orders
  • Advance payment orders subject to different terms

Cancellation requests are processed based on order status. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned according to our return policy.

  • • Bank processing: Additional 3-7 days

Cancellation Fees

• Within 2 hours: No fees

• 2-24 hours: SAR 10 processing fee
